So i'm looking for developers, but god is it a huge time consumer, it's 5:30 and i started hours ago. It's expensive posting jobs. Craigslist is $25 i love that, but then everywhere else is like $300/mo or $100/job. Obviously i'm dying to fill those roles, but what sites do you recommend searching. I find a lot of resumes, but then those people are currently employed so i'm like well, if you have a job, why should i be offering you one? Or is that why their resume is up because they hate their job and are looking for some guy like me to offer them a new one? like people that have their homes on the market for some outrageous price only willing to sell if that price is met?

This resonates with me as a hiring manager for a Web Developer position. How about the reverse side. What do you want to see in a company / hiring process that would attract you to an opportunity?

Hi Bala! No, it's not at all rude to ask why you weren't offered a job after an interview. It's a great way to get feedback and I never have an issue with talking to a candidate afterwards.

I have question... if you went on a job interview, and you thought it went very well, but you did not get the job, is it rude to ask your interviewer why? It would help me prepare for the next interview.
Thanks.
